nourishing myself feels like one of the highest forms of ‘self-love’ lately.. it’s a *necessity* but also a major pleasure practice/creative practice with so much space to weave in intention/color/whatever my body•mind•spirit needs at that moment…💭🤎 •homemade jerk brown beech & shiitake mushrooms/peppers + coconut curry w/ local greens, okinawan sweet potato, chickpeas + slightly fried banana & curry kraut (one of my fav meals to make) •beet&orange juice for womb support •blue lotus flower tea from @relishmarket for deeper meditation & attunement •homemade cauliflower ‘fried rice’ w/ sugar snap peas, cherry tomato, pea shoots, ginger, garlic, chili oil🫛 •this delish ‘island refresh’ smoothie bowl & ginger shot @zelenodc •tom yum veggie soup, cucumber salad, and sticky rice @charming.elephant •calendula&marshmallow root cold herbal infusion 4 gut health/repair • recipe from @earthnmaya 💌 •homemade raw multicolored beet ‘poke’ salad •papaya/green mango/ginger salad @bandoolabowl (one of my fav place to eat in dc) •my go to daily homemade latte w/ matcha, ashwaganda, rose powder & rose petals for grounded soothing focus🍵

collective blossoming 🌼🪻🌸💫 @eaton.dc spring equinox #pleasureportal all about feeling more *worthy* of our desires, honoring our pace as we flow/grow, and trusting the seeds we’re planting as we journey into Spring... we made this beautiful ‘earth altar’ (living altar + crystal grid) with a variety of flowers + clear quartz, opalite, kyanite, and rose quartz infused with clarity, communication with our higher guidance system, and the vibration of pure self-love & acceptance. we each wrote our intentions on soursop leaves and placed them in the center of the circle with smoky quartz. this ceremony was full of so much light and intention! + the sun decided to come out and bless us 🌞 thank you to everyone that shared their energy and to @7avk7 for beautifully capturing these moments 🕯️
